My first point of contact with your company was Mr. Tracy Morgan, who through a personal visit and 4 different phone calls, fielded all of my questions concerning the installation of a new 16 SEER 3 and 4 ton HVAC system to replace my 17 year old Goodman system. He was ever patient in responding to my concerns, and from the outset, I felt that he knew what he was talking about. The price that was on my estimate was the price I paid, no "hidden charges" or "surprises."

Mr. Morgan dispatched TWO crews to insure a 1-day installation within 2 days of our agreement. At that time I met Brad, James, Nick and Chad. They all introduced themselves and immediately went to work independently at 4 places on the job site. When extra manpower was needed, i.e. getting something heavy up the ladder, they came together as a team, then went back to uncrating and positioning, taking loose old condensing units and air handlers, flooring attic space to insure safe working conditions, repositioning the new, troubleshooting and replacing a faulty disconnect and sorting out some "communications issues" between the new components; all 4 men put in a FULL DAY'S work.

Mr. Mushegan, if these new Amana units are as good as your sales and installation staff, it was indeed a bargain. Any of these men would be welcome guests in my home! Even Ms. Jennifer has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to speak with over the phone. My thanks for a job well done.
